Who Can Use Cleared

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cleared. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You can create one account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with others. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at support@getcleared.app. Current Service Area: Cleared currently operates in the United States only. We are planning to expand to additional countries, and we'll update these Terms as we do. If you access Cleared from outside the US, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with local laws.
